I know vampirism has been covered, but what about characters with other specialized diets, e.g. obligate cannibals like Awakened Cassandra here? Would they be cured of that need, or would there be special food services that should probably not be looked at too closely, or...?

(Incidentally, the post layout for the game info and other entries looks great in normal mode, but the text isn't really readable in dark mode because there's not enough contrast between it and the background. I'm not sure how many people really use dark mode on here, but just fyi.)
