Name: Your name/what you'd like to be called by others.
Contact: List your preferred means of contact here, whether it be Discord, Plurk, or whatever else.
Other Characters: List any other characters you may play.

Character Name: Your character's name in Western order.
Canon: Name of the canon you're playing them from.
Canon Point: What point in their canon are they from?
Digimon Partner: List your character's chosen Digimon's evolution line from Baby, through Baby II, and up to Child level here, along with a short bit about their personality. If you would like to have a partner selected for you, please say so here, and the mods will choose one for you (list whether you'd like something random or fitting for them as well).
History: A link can suffice here, or if you have an OC, simply give us the cliff notes of your character's background. Three paragraphs should suffice.
CRAU?: List whether your character is from a CRAU or not.
Personality: Describe your character's personality in a minimum of three paragraphs.
